Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping:
All orders placed on Monday to Friday before 3.30 pm (CET/CEST) are sent the same day if in stock. The stock in the webshop does not match the stock in the warehouse.
Orders will not be sent if no or insufficient payment has been received. Carmo send over the world, wordwide shipping
Testing and repairing electronics such as ECUs, CDI units or dashboards are usually returned within three working days, only in the case of approved payment, whereby the payment is arranged in advance or on request (on request).
Delivery times are subject to change and depending on the proper handling of the carrier.


Shipping Costs:

We ship with UPS.
The United Parcel Shipping Service (UPS) comes with various dynamic options and live prices.
Upon shipping with UPS you will receive a track-and-trace mail.

Paymant though payPal - international banktransfer UPS C.O.D.


Returns:

Ordered items can be returned within 14 days, if unused and in the original packaging (except customized products).

Carmo Electronics accepts no responsibility if the package is lost.
Damaged and/or incomplete products cannot be reimbursed (fully).

Warranty:
In the event of a product failure within the specified warranty period, you can return the product for a warranty claim. Then first contact our customer service by e-mail ([email protected]). The warranty is invalid if a product is damaged, misused, amended or incorrectly installed (this also applies to changed threads and connectors, changed housing, etc.). Each product must be installed in the right way, without any changes, to ensure that the product works properly. If after research it appears that a product has been used incorrectly, the warranty claim can be rejected.
For the installation of most products, only basic knowledge of motorcycle electronics and mechanics are required. If you have any doubts about your knowledge, you must always have the product installed by a motorcycle garage.
