Cancel / Report a return

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please complete the form below to notify us of your cancellation or return; you will receive an immediate confirmation by email and our customer service team will contact you regarding the next steps. Please note: parts that have been manufactured or programmed to your specifications (including chip keys and ECU flashes) and services that have been fully performed are excluded from cancellation. You can arrange a return via our returns portal using your order number and postcode. A returns label issued via the portal costs €12.50 for standard returns within the EU. You may also use your own courier or return the product to our shop in Helmond. In the event of cancellation, Carmo B.V. will not reimburse the return costs.
