Question: How do I send in my part for testing or repair?


Answer:

Registering a test or repair is done through our ticket system:

  1. Create a ticket at support.carmo.nl (or via the button on the Test / Repair Request page). Please state the make, model and year of your vehicle, which part you are sending and a description of the problem that is as clear as possible.
  2. You will immediately receive a ticket number.
  3. Pack the part securely and add the ticket number clearly visible in or on the package.
  4. Send the package with sufficient postage, preferably with track & trace, to:

    The Netherlands
  5. As soon as we receive your package you will automatically be notified. After testing we will contact you through the ticket about our findings and the costs. So please do not pay in advance — see also the FAQ "Can I pay before the repair?".
