Question: I have a question after my repair. What can I do?

Reply to your existing ticket. You can do this in two ways:

• Reply to the last e-mail you received from us, or
• log in at support.carmo.nl and post a reply to your ticket.

Our technician then has the complete history at hand (your problem description, the test results and the repair carried out) and can help you as quickly as possible. So please do not create a new ticket for a question about an existing repair — that only slows things down.
