Question: My Texa device has lost connection to the computer. How can I reconnect?
Answer:
- Open the IDC5 software and click on BIKE
- Close any information screens that appear
- Click on the gear icon at the top of
your screen
- Click on the wand icon (auto-configuration) at the bottom
of the screen
- Click the right arrow at the bottom
of the screen
- Wait until the device is recognized; the slider on the right side of the screen is likely set to "off." Click the slider to activate it
- After installation, click the right arrow at the bottom
of the screen
- You will now see "End of configuration" and a brief summary; click "Exit Program" in the bottom-right corner of the screen
- Now click the white cross in the red box in the top-right corner
of the screen
Your device is now reconfigured and connected. If the connection was not established after the first attempt, you can repeat the steps above.
