Question: After paying with iDeal, my order is not completed or I get a "time out" message. What should I do?

Sometimes, your iDeal payment may not be processed immediately on our website. This is due to your web browser’s privacy settings being set to a stricter level than the default. As a result, our website does not receive permission to retrieve the details of your iDeal payment. Your payment has been deducted from your account, but you will not receive an order confirmation and your shopping cart is empty.
Please wait patiently; our website will detect within 45 minutes that something went wrong during the ordering process. After that, you will still receive an order confirmation, and the order will also be received by us.
