Withdrawal / Return request

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Complete the withdrawal form below to notify us of your withdrawal or return; you will receive an immediate confirmation by e-mail and our customer service will contact you about the handling. Please note: items made or programmed to your specification (such as chip keys and ECU flashes) and fully performed services are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Return your item via our returns portal with your order number and postcode. A return label via the portal costs € 12.50 for standard returns within the EU. You may also use your own carrier or bring the item back to our shop in Helmond. In case of withdrawal, return shipping costs are not refunded by Carmo B.V.
